We operate in Central Europe, with our primary activities concentrated in the Czech Republic.

During our presence in the Czech Republic, we have owned more than 75 commercial properties with a total leasable area of 300,000 m², as well as two landmark office buildings with a combined size of 33,500 m² in Greater Prague. Following the successful exit of this portfolio, we now focus on managing and growing our current assets while preparing new projects.
